3. Once the order is accepted and the delivery representative leaves, the customer is considered to have received the order in good condition and according to the requested specifications.

4. Returns are not accepted under any circumstances after the delivery representative leaves. Please take your time and carefully inspect your order before accepting it.

5. Exchanges are not allowed.
